We take the time to explain and demonstrate special needs to your residents, their family or staff to ensure their therapy is understood.  We document using CLEAR ENGLISH and avoid overusing technical language.  Aged Care Physio’s are part of the care team and we all need to work together – everyone’s role needs to be understood and valued.

Our Clinical Operations Manager, will visit each facility monthly to liaise with the facility manager ensuring our service is meeting your needs.  Regular audits of residents’ physiotherapy documentation are completed - audit reports are available for facility managers.
