10 June 2011 | THE PHYSIO CO: JOIN US FOR TO THE POINT!
Every morning at The Physio Co there is a short, sharp huddle. This stand-up meeting is called ‘To The Point’ and it runs from 10:05-10:17am without fail. The purpose of To The Point is to keep our team aligned and bring our Painted Picture of 2012 vision to life. To The Point is good fun and THE most important meeting that The Physio Co support team have.
A short, sharp 12-minute meeting requires lots of discipline. Everyone arrives by 10:04 and Warren (our To The Point Captain) kicks off at 10:05. Being late doesn’t happen.
The Physio Co team love welcoming guests to join them for To The Point! If you're ever in Melbourne and would like to come in to The Physio Co support office one morning, please email us at least a week in advance to tee it up: tothepoint@thephysioco.com.au.

TPC celebrated with the team at the support office with a kids 7th Birthday Party theme, this included musical chairs, pass the parcel, eating cake & blowing balloons! A BIG thank you to the team who have helped TPC get to where we are today.

Today,The Physio Co was announced as Australia's 29th fastest growing small company for 2009-2010! This is a fantastic achievement for TPC! Last year we were ranked 35th.
The Physio Co is now more than 6 years old and to continually grow at this rate is a fantastic effort. Congrats and thank you to everyone who has helped make this happen. It's a team effort at TPC and this is a great big pat on the back for us all.

The 2010 TPC Team Conference was on again today in South Melbourne. The full day event for the entire TPC team is the highlight of our learning calendar and was a huge success! Some of the words TPCers used to describe the day included "inspiring", "refreshing", "proud", "inspired & informed".
The highlights of the conference included Jan Rice from World of Wounds presenting on 'Wound Therapy in Aged Care' , Gita Khatri, an experienced TPC Physio presenting on 'Pain Management in Aged Care' and Julia Walker, another experienced TPCer who presented an awesome exercise session and tips of how she gets oldies up and moving!
