Tailored to Seniors
Classes are specially designed for adults over 55. Exercises can be adjusted to suit your pacing and ability.
Easy, Secure Access
All you need is a computer, tablet or smartphone with the Zoom app. We’ll help you get setup and send the secure Zoom app and login to your email address.
Live, Fun & Interactive
Classes are conducted live, so you can interact with our instructors and your classmates, to have fun and keep motivated.
You can access our online classes throughout Australia, in the comfort of your own home.
If you choose not to continue after your first class, for any reason, you won’t be billed or owe anything.
