The Physio Co: Keeping Australian Seniors Moving
Stay active at home with our new online exercise classes
Due to the coronavirus, staying home is a fact of life for many Australians right now.
Our core purpose is keeping Australian seniors mobile, safe and happy. Our therapists live in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. But, there are nearly 3.8 million older Australians, and the fact is we can’t reach everyone in person!
That’s why we’ve developed exercise classes run by our experienced TPC physios that you can access in the comfort, safety and privacy of your own home. We’d love for you to join us!
Online exercise classes are delivered using Zoom, so you can access them from your computer, tablet or smartphone.

Staying active and connected is important, regardless of our age. However, it is well documented that as we get older, we tend to move less and are at higher risk of becoming socially isolated. Regular physical activity is important for both physical and mental health. And, the advantage of doing it as part of a group is the opportunity to connect with other individuals who can relate to your situation and provide another source of motivation and support.
