What you can expect
This is how we like to work together:
Book an appointment through our friendly customer service team who will set you up as new client, set up your payments and ensure they have answered all your questions prior to your appointment.
Once booked, a caring physio will visit you wherever you call home
At the initial appointment, we will ask questions and get to know you, your current health and your future goals.
After the second appointment you will get a personal and tailored plan to achieve your fitness and activity goals.
Once we have a plan that you’re happy with, you’ll likely have ongoing treatment for 4 – 12 weeks including treatment and advice.
When the plan is complete, we will review it together and discuss what comes next.
