At the heart of one of the values we have at The Physio Co is a simple, powerful idea: Be Memorable.
It means creating experiences that stick with people – not just because of what we do, but because of how we make them feel. It’s about showing up with empathy, curiosity, and a personal touch that truly brightens someone’s day.
Leon, pictured, one of our dedicated team members, recently gave us a perfect example of what that looks like in action.
Bev, one of Leon’s clients, is a passionate Brisbane Lions supporter. She lives and breathes footy, and Leon noticed. So, he took that spark and turned it into motivation.
After every Lions win, Leon plays their club song during Bev’s physio session to bring that winning energy into the room. Even when it’s his own team, Geelong, that’s been defeated, Leon still shows up with a smile and the Lions’ anthem cued up. Now that’s commitment to the client experience!
But it doesn’t stop there. Bev’s also a jazz music enthusiast, something Leon admittedly didn’t know much about. But that didn’t stop him from diving in. He took the time to look up jazz playlists on Spotify and played them during their sessions, creating a space that feels familiar, joyful, and uniquely Bev.
These moments might seem small on the surface, but they’re the kind that last. They show us that being memorable isn’t about grand gestures, it’s about noticing, caring, and being human.
Leon didn’t need a script or a policy to follow. He simply chose to lead with heart, and in doing so, made Bev’s sessions not only effective, but something to genuinely look forward to.
Thank you, Leon, for showing us what it means to truly Be Memorable – to go beyond the expected and find joy in the personal. Your approach is a shining example of the kind of care we’re proud to stand for.
