Here at the Physio Co (TPC), we pride ourselves on deepening the level of connection we have with our clients, their families and each other.
Given we’re a community-based mobile physio service, ensuring we have a sense of connection with one another is very important. We do that daily, virtually, but we always try wherever possible to get together physically as well.
For 10 years, we have run a company-wide event where team members come together in person to connect, learn and be inspired. These events are called TPC SWARM, and they’re a key date on the TPC calendar.
Here is a bit of a snapshot of TPC SWARM 2022, which was held in Melbourne just the other day.
TPC physio Emily Johnson explains more in the post below:
TPC SWARM is complete, and it was an excellent chance for us to learn, grow and celebrate together!
A big thank you to our insightful speakers, who like us TPCers, are passionate about their role in helping Aussie seniors stay mobile, safe and happy. We put our thinking caps on as we dived into ‘Active Ageing’ with Peter Raeburn, and the ‘Nitty Gritty of Home Care Packages’ with Tony Cavanagh, from Catholic Healthcare
Congratulations and well done to our award winners for 2022:
-
MVP of the Year: Dan Tran, pictured below (nominated by Brooke Cherubin)
-
Core Purpose Award: Eloise Scholte
-
Anushi Perera Core Values Award: Nancy Klinko (nominated by Jess Soding)
And congrats to our first-ever TPC Shootout winners: Tony (basketball), Karleen (basketball) and Dan (soccer). Check out those skills!
I think we can all agree that one of the most precious parts of TPC SWARM is spending time as a team – in person. And there were certainly no shortages of smiles on the day.
Thanks to those who attended, as well as those helped out before and on the day: Jess Soding, Mike Quinn, Shilpa Parekh, Kim White and Nancy Klinko. You are awesome and SWARM couldn’t have happened without you.
Looking forward to next time!
