Over the past few months we’ve published individual ‘Effective Exercise Guides for Seniors’ focusing on those parts of the body that help keep us moving safely and independently as we age.
We’re talking shoulders, wrists, elbows, neck, lower back, hips, knees, ankles and feet.
These exercises are simple but effective, and can be done in the comfort of your own home.
Without further a-do, here are all nine guides written as articles with photos demonstrating each set of exercises. Each article includes a link to the exercises in PDF format if you want to download and print for future reference.
