The biggest event on The Physio Co’s annual learning calendar is the TPC Swarm conference, writes TPC CEO and founder, Tristan White
TPC Swarm is a day to learn, grow and celebrate. It’s a fun day that supports our TPC team to connect and better help more clients to set and smash their meaningful health goals.
TPC Swarm 2023, held last week, was only our second in-person learning event since 2019.
The plan for TPC Swarm 2023 included three peer-led learning sessions covering frozen shoulder, creative exercises for seniors, and introduction to dry needling.
Those sessions were all interactive, interesting and had some great learning outcomes (plus there were cameo appearances from two of our most senior leaders dressed up as senior clients ‘Trixie’ and ‘Miguel’ – that brought plenty of laughs)!
TPC has a long-term partnership in place with the fast-growing sport pickleball, through Pickleball Victoria.
Pickleball is taking the world by storm! It brings together parts of tennis, badminton, and table tennis to create a sport that’s fun for all ages and skill levels. A fun part of TPC Swarm was a pickleball clinic lead by David, Lyn and Deepak from Pickleball Victoria. Interesting to see how competitive some of the TPCers were!
At TPC Swarm, we also announce the winners of our most anticipated awards:
- Core Purpose Award
- Core Values Award
- MVP (Most Valuable Person) of the Year
In 2023, we added a new award that recognised our most productive physios – the TPC 75%+ Club.
Stay tuned for more details!
